“There was a crew out to our home on the 10th of February to remove a large maple. The tree was situated very close to the house and at the base there is a wrap around deck, a hot tub as well as patio slab and glass sliding door. I wanted to express my thanks to the crew that did the job that day. “I wanted to express my appreciation for the wonderful job you did on cutting and trimming trees along my property lines. Your estimator was very kind in accommodating the 2nd estimate needed because one neighbor would not agree to allow her half of the tree to be cut down. The gentleman who trimmed my half did an amazing job of keeping the tree green and as balanced as possible, yet removing the limbs that were overhanging and continually falling off in my yard. The neighbor on the other side was very happy with the job done removing the firs and trimming of the hedge, etc. The crew doing the removal of limbs and branches, chipping and cleanup was fast and efficient and left the areas perfect. Your office staff was courteous and helpful with information and feedback, as issues with the neighbors' concerns were worked out.
