	I just wanted to drop a note with a couple of thoughts regarding the work you recently did for us here in Redmond. You will probably not be surprised to learn that of the four estimates we gathered, yours was the highest, by quite a bit. However, I was impressed with your estimator – he was knowledgeable, thorough, and very professional. Because he projected such an air of competence, I felt sure that Best Tree Service would do the best job and would be worth the premium cost. The young men who performed the actual work were really great. Again, they were all prompt, professional, and extremely efficient. They made quick and skillful work of the smaller trees, but I was frankly amazed at how they took down the very tall tree that was directly in front of our house. Had I not seen it with my own eyes, I would never have believed that they could take down that tree without damaging any of the lampposts, hedges, bushes, and smaller trees that literally surrounded this very tall hemlock. The entire crew was extremely hard-working and pretty darned impressive. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Best Tree Service.
